We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
